The Spa at Spring Ridge is the most comprehensive “medical spa” in the area. The Spa at Spring Ridge offers the renewal you need with a carefully balanced combination of aesthetic and clinical care.

The Spa at Spring Ridge offers the most advanced face and body treatments found only in medical spas. It is located in beautiful Wyomissing, Pa. at the Reading Hospital at Spring Ridge. The spa is under the direction of our founder, Benjamin Schlechter, M.D., F.A.C.S., a board certified plastic surgeon. The Spa at Spring Ridge is a division of The Proserpi-Schlechter Center for Plastic Surgery. Our professional staff will consult with you to determine the appropriate treatment protocol which may include a one-hour facial, an entire day of beauty, advanced laser therapy, or a personalized clinical treatment. We will assist you in choosing the latest skin care products for all of your needs. The Spa at Spring Ridge is able to offer result-oriented treatments under the supervision of our plastic surgeons. Given the medical spa setting, our staff is able to utilize stronger forms of topical solutions and chemical peels for a more dramatic outcome. The Spa at Spring Ridge staff is fluent in many diverse therapies designed to help clients look and feel their best.

Visia Digital Skin Care Analysis
This state of the art technology creates digital photographs of the skin, surface and subsurface views that provides information for six areas affecting health and appearance: Wrinkles, Spots, Pores, evenness, congested pores and UV damage. This allows you to have a customized treatment plan based on the needs of your skin for optimal results. This technology allows you to see first hand the progress of your treatments.

Custom Facials – Men and Women
Our staff will design a specific facial to address the needs of the individual’s skin type. The facial begins with a cleansing face massage followed by a combination of enzyme treatments and exfoliation followed by a moisturizing mask and an aromatherapy hot towel.

Jane Iredale Mineral Make Up
The make up that is good for your skin! This unique mineral make up offers full coverage with all the benefits of mineral make up. Our specially trained staff can apply the show you how to apply the make up in our spa and you can purchase for home use. Special Occasion group and individual packages are available.

Fotofacial RF™
The revolutionary new elos technology is the first and only combined-energy technology. We use the power of bi-polar radio frequency and light energies-because two energies are better than one. Aesthetic technology powered by elos is designed to be the safest, most effective and comfortable aesthetic technology available. Fotofacial RF effectively and comfortably treats Rosacea, spider veins, skin imperfections caused by sun damage, age spots, and uneven skin tones created by brown and red spots. Fotofacial also effectively treats acne and enlarged pores caused by scarring.

Microdermabrasion
This non-invasive treatment decreases age spots, sun damage pigmentation, fine lines stretch marks and scars. It is an effective method to provide skin polishing and resurfacing.

Acid Peels
Our customized peels use the latest in advanced technology and research to provide optimum results for skin rejuvenation. We use Lactic, Mandelic, Glycolic, Salicylic, other natural agents the use of the above peeling agents to treat pigmentation, age spots, brown spots, fine lines and wrinkles. Use of our customized peeling agents we can provide effect treatment with superior results. Our peels are provided in a series for maximum results.

Obagi Blue Peel™
The Blue Peel is an in office procedure designed to significantly improve the appearance and health of your skin. Using a concentration of the chemical peel trichloroacetic acid (TCA) mixed with a special blue base to slow penetration; the blue peel allows our physicians to monitor the appropriate depth to effectively remove the thin surface layers of aged and damaged skin from the face and other parts of the body. Use of the NuDerm system is required before procedure.

Laser Hair Removal
Elos technology is the first technology to effectively remove hairs of all colors including white gray red and blonde. This is technology is a faster, gentler way to remove unwanted hair on all skin, including tanned skin ? with exceptional results. Superior results for hair removal.

Wrinkle Reduction

Smooth gliding strokes in a massage chair with clothes on includes scalp, back, arms, hands, neck, and shoulders
